About ISH Dance Collective

Al bijna 26 jaar lang brengt ISH Dance Collective hiphop dans en urban sports naar het theater. In de voorstellingen verbindt ISH deze disciplines met traditionele kunstvormen zoals ballet, theater en klassieke muziek. Choreograaf Marco Gerris haalt zijn inspiratie uit de straatcultuur, de dansers en performers en creëert samen met hen de voorstellingen. ISH Dance Collective won de gerenommeerde Cultuurfonds prijs in 2020, Marco won in 2023 de Zwaan (VSCD Dansprijs) voor de meest indrukwekkende dansproductie 2024 met de voorstelling Rhythm & Flow en in 2025 de prestigieuze Johannes Vermeerprijs.
