Contrary to mainstream Private Equity, Iron Asset Management solely invests its own capital resources. As such, interests are always fully aligned with management, our investment mandate is inherently flexible and effective decision-making is a given.

Iron Asset Management prefers to invest in established businesses in the area of SME-Mid Market with an EBITDA of € 1-5 million.
