About Invest in Aruba - ARINA

The Aruba Investment Agency (ARINA) is the official government investment agency that promotes and facilitates investment in Aruba. Our main objective is to make it easy for investors to establish their companies in Aruba. We assist new and existing foreign (and local) companies to make optimal use of the opportunities offered by Aruba as an investment destination. Investments that are highly skilled, capital intensive, export-oriented, and foster innovation are of priority.

Our Mission To promote and connect Aruba to global business opportunities to attract pioneer investors, capital, knowledge, and innovative technology in new economic sectors to contribute to the sustainable development of Aruba. We provide • promotional efforts to compete in the global market; • relevant and accurate information within the requested sector; • information on Aruba’s requirements, incentives, policies, and procedures; • a broad network of business partners and government institutions; and • meetings with relevant business partners, government authorities, a variety of networks and service suppliers, and other relevant contacts.
