About Inthrivert

Having worked in a corporate environment for 9 years as someone who is highly introverted by nature, I have seen and experienced how employees with a more introverted nature are often misunderstood, underappreciated, and miss out on opportunities. In an individual setting I coach more introverted individuals by helping them see the value of their introverted nature and how they can thrive, both on a private and professional level. In an organisational setting I help leaders and managers understand the dynamics of introversion so they can utilize the true value their more introverted employees have to offer regardless of their level in the organisation.
