Helllo! I’m Victoria Winfrey, a native English-speaking counselor and therapist based in Amsterdam. Originally from the United States, I’ve lived in Amsterdam for over five years and have deep connections to the diverse international community. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Development, I bring over a decade of experience in mental health, personal development, and counseling interventions.

My journey has been fueled by a passion for helping adults and adolescents navigate life challenges and transitions, particularly those unique to the expat experience. I understand firsthand the complexities of adapting to a new culture, building a support system, and finding your place in unfamiliar surroundings.

I offer counseling services specifically tailored to adults and adolescents in Amsterdam. Services are also friendly to the LGBTQI+ community. My person-centered approach emphasizes empathy, active listening, and collaboration to empower you on your journey through personal growth.
