The INCAS Institute is the Malta-based hub of:

- Europe Conflict and Security Consulting Ltd. (London)

- Africa Conflict and Security Consulting Ltd. (Abuja)

- Asia Conflict and Security Consulting Ltd. (Hong Kong)

Together we cover the nexus of peace, security, and investment in Europe, Africa, and Asia. The INCAS Institute services complement those offered regionally by each of our sister companies. We pool group expertise to provide services in training and facilitation, mediation support, and policy design.

Our origins go back to 2003, when we were asked by a major oil and gas company to help them stabilize their operating environment in the Niger Delta. Today, we are group of hands-on, field-tested, and politically networked experts who specialize in working in transition, fragile and conflict-affected areas.

We have a diverse client-base that keeps us learning and adaptive. They choose us for our applied insight, extensive networks and practical delivery. We are trustworthy, professional, and tenaciously guard a zero-accident and zero-incident track record across the group.
