International College of Commerce Foundation (ICC) was founded in 2000 by a group of educators with the main objective to make available applied education in accounting, finance and management study of international standards to students, businesses, governments, and NGOs in the Benelux.

In 2001 the college introduced all professional accounting bodies, from the United Kingdom, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-ACCA and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants-CIMA to the Benelux education sector. And lately, professional accounting bodies including Certified Management Accountant-CMA & American Institute of Certified Public Accountant-CPA from the United States to the region.

To offer students, in the digital age, a superior online ‘personalized learning experience’, ICC the continental expert, and BECKER a global leader has agreed to an exclusive partnership. Cooperation provides a unique and extensive learning portfolio, experience, and support to students and companies in the Benelux and Europe.
