About International Business Talent

International Business Talent (IBT) is an honours graduation programme from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. IBT is meant for excellent students with commercial talent who strive for an international career. Students carry out research for their bachelor graduation with a company in the Northern Netherlands who have an international challenge, like a marketing-communication analysis or an international communication strategy. Right after graduation the excellent student becomes trainee at the company and works on implementing the solution they researched, helping Dutch business thrive internationally.
