International development organizations invest a great deal of attention and money in developing countries to equip people with knowledge and skills for a life with more opportunities and prospectives.

Knowledge and skills are indispensable, but in most situations not enough to achieve the intended goal: creating employment and achieving better incomes for people in the low income groups.

Inclusive Trading Group BV (ITG) Inclusive Trading Group BV (ITG) is the name of company that wants to change that. ITG develops and implements business concepts that are intended to ensure more employment and better incomes.

Who and how? Who has ITG in mind? Small farmers, young people and women are the primary target groups. For them, ITG sets up companies in Africa (Social Business), finances similar initiatives from others in Africa and provides management support.

The companies that ITG sets up - or in which ITG participates - are fully focused on allowing the results to benefit the target group.

Share capital and loans The companies are financed with share capital and long-term loans. The money comes from financiers that are recruited by ITG. The share capital and the loans are provided by ITG to African companies. ITG BV actively participates in the management of the partnering companies.

Collaboration There is active collaboration with NGOs to organize the target group in cooperatives with good quality management.

Ownership When the companies function properly over time, the cooperatives are enabled to take over. The target group itself then becomes the owner of the economic activity. That is the intended goal of ITG.

2018 ITG is active in Spices Rwanda LTd. and developing businessconcepts for financial lease and smallholders support.
