About Inclusive Journalism

Inclusive Journalism is a global platform dedicated to rethinking how stories are told and who gets to tell them. We train, mentor, and support journalists, (media) leaders, and storytellers to apply decolonial media practices, reflect on positionality, and embrace Solutions Journalism as a tool for narrative change.

Our work spans online courses, research, and in-person retreats, with a strong focus on community and cross-cultural learning. We believe transformation happens not in isolation, but through dialogue, accountability, and curiosity.

Over the past years, we’ve partnered with media startups, NGOs, universities, and international networks across Europe, Asia, and beyond. From Writing for Transformation to tailored workshops and mentorship, our programs help participants not only improve their craft but also rethink their role in a rapidly shifting world.

At Inclusive Journalism, we see journalism and storytelling as practices of responsibility and possibility.
