About Incleaders

The Inclusion Leaders Network (INCLEADERS) is an inclusive leadership network for diverse leaders. Incleaders is inspired by the Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network (TILN), and works to support diverse talent and inclusive decision-making across the Netherlands through knowledge and information sharing, leadership development, and connecting emerging and established leaders.

We strive for more diversity and inclusion in any activity we hold through any discipline and sector. We want to be the inclusive network for everyone believing in inclusion and ethical leadership. We will strive for continuous quality improvement in all that we do, so that we will improve our leadership skills and invest in divers talent.
