Improovment started as music label & artist management agency (indie).

Improovment artists produced music that went from a dusty funk feel to electro resonance music. Improovment records housed the great Dutch artists The Proov, L.Geronimo, CeeMajor, Gumshoe and Duke & Gonzo. Improovment for Music Management & Marketing.

Improovment was founded by Jazz / Hiphop artist Gumshoe (Sven Willemsen) in 2001. Today Improovment is the creative & strategic mother of a multiple creative labels. We are in the midst of content, music, entertainment, sports, media, brands, data intelligence and technology.
