About Impetus Coaching

Impetus Coaching helps product leaders make themselves more impactful in their product leadership role. As a professional coach and experienced product leader I enable product leaders to successfully apply product management practices and mindset and build trust and engagement with stakeholders.

I offer guidance on more high-level models and perspectives and train my clients in applying tools and techniques in their day-to-day work.

I combine 20 years of product leadership experience within technology and software companies with over 4 years of experience as a professional coach. I have worked in product leadership of consumer and business applications in companies such as TomTom and Parkmobile/EasyPark, dealing with mobility and financial transactions, and managing teams across borders throughout Europe as well as India.

Product leadership coaching My offer as a product leadership coach is to help you reflect on perspectives and intentions, bringing you clarity and focus. Secondly, to offer guidance on high-level product management models. And thirdly, to train you to become a more effective leader.

Outcomes My clients come out with focus on improving their impact, finding ways to delegate effectively while at the same time remain aware of what is going on and creating the success they want. They implement leadership and product management practices. They lead with an aligned product strategy and product roadmaps. These help them to communicate expectations and turning those into agreements and commitments as part of their daily work habits. They have helped their teams take ownership, develop effective product management practices such as product discovery, and take data-driven decisions. And they feel confident in their ability to build trust, engagement and accountability with all stakeholders.

Impetus Coaching is based in the Amsterdam region, the Netherlands. Coaching sessions can be held in English, Swedish and Dutch, and are in-person, online or a mix.
