IMPERIAL Mobility International B.V. was founded on 28 October 2005 as Besloten Vennootschap (company with limited liability) with corporate seat in Druten, The Netherlands, in order to concentrate the shareholdings of the IMPERIAL Group outside the Southern African Region in one holding company. IMPERIAL Mobility International B.V. acts as link between IMPERIAL Holdings Limited, the ultimate group holding company, and the European and global operative companies.
