The problem with these ‘single purpose systems’: they are not connected to each other. Worse, they are not even connected to the internet. This is where Immotix comes in! The Immotix Smart Building Security Platform does 2 things: it connects to any existing building system regardless of brand. And on top we make interactive dashboards.

About 5 years ago we started developing our software in Amsterdam with a clear objective: make EVERY building a SMART building, without the need to invest in new hardware.

Today we deliver 3 dashboards for: 1. Buidling owners and reception staff for insight, convenience and productivity 2. Security personnel to inform in real time ‘Who is Where’ for evacuation including camera feeds 3. Facility staff to monitor all Safety and Security Systems on interactive maps of your building

We are able to integrate any brand of any installation in any office situation. Our founders gained 10 years experience in Business Intelligence and 10 years in software development. Now we apply this to building data and call it Building Intelligence.

Our goal is to accelerate our indirect sales channel to the 25 largest installers in each region. Our company is 100% self-funded, operates break even and grows expotentially. We've embarked on a mission to make EVERY building a SMART building, to make workers safer, more productive and energy efficient at lower costs.
