About Ideal Shift AI

We don’t sell AI. We deliver results.

Ideal Shift AI is a founder-led consultancy built to fix what’s broken in AI strategy and execution.

Founded by former Unilever Global Tech Director Emma Verhagen, we bring enterprise-tested frameworks, fast delivery cycles, and measurable business value to every AI initiative.

Where others stay in the discovery phase, we move. Where others speak in jargon, we speak to results. Where others overspend, we build with what you already have.

We work with forward-thinking organisations - from healthcare to manufacturing to engineering to government - who want AI to work for them, not become a drain on resources.

Our expertise includes: • AI strategy and roadmap development • AI development, Automation and advanced analytics • Enterprise AI maturity assessments • Executive training and team workshops

We’ve led AI transformations for companies including Unilever, Philips, KPN, De Hoop, WSce, Direct Source International - and helped cities like Rotterdam build AI capabilities with speed and intention. 💡 Backed by MIT-inspired frameworks ⚡ Powered by real-world results 🎯 Designed to turn AI into business advantage
