We help ambitious generalists who are overwhelmed with many ideas define and shape their ideal career and business.

Traditional career advice does not fit our fast moving world. Having to choose one career, does not work for generalists. Life is about growth and experience. Let’s create something that never existed before.

We facilitate powerful career design challenges in the form of group workshops and 1-1's to help generalists action on their ideas. We integrate design thinking methodologies in all of our workshops.
