ICB Western Europe is a boutique consultancy firm for industrial and metal manufacturers – with 30+ years of experience in the field, located in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

ICB-WE helps its customers solve business or production challenges, set and achieve objectives, improve processes, differentiate, grow or downsize, or simply act more efficiently, through technology, solutions (also AI) and custom made consultancy. When our customers are satisfied, so are we.

To be able to meet all needs, we selected and established an ecosystem with high-end solution providers and machine producers who are experts in their fields. They can help us with: * Monitoring data from different sources, in one place and in real time, * Monitoring and optimising energy production and consumption– including CO2 reports, * Logistics tracking and product content control (RFID technology – even in oven up to 300°C), * Preventive and predictive maintenance – also remotely, * Self-powered hot surface indication and power supply, * High-end machinery – from a circular sawing machine to a production line, * High level extrusion management system and nitrogen die cooling, * Digital HSE, * Re-engineering and cost management to improve operating processes and boost results – with a 6 month ROI. And when we do not have the solution(s) to specific challenges, we’ll find it.
