I AM WOMAN is a boutique style private training gym for women by women. We encourage female empowerment by creating a safe environment where women can train in a private atmosphere. We have excellent results because of the I AM WOMAN approach. We believe in a combination of the following three factors: weights training, yoga and whole foods. This method creates a perfect balance for bodyshaping but also for shaping the mind.
