About Huygens

Huygens is a boutique tax advisory firm based in Amsterdam. We provide advice on Dutch corporate tax issues, transfer pricing and valuations to private equity firms, real estate investors, multinationals, start-ups and high-net worth individuals, including family offices.

We provide our advice through concise and structured overviews; by considering the financials of your business or transaction. We express tax uncertainty in potential financial impact, and talk about risk in probabilities instead of words.

Huygens combines its tax experience with knowledge on different types of businesses, financial instruments and valuation concepts. Our multi-disciplinary perspective allows for seamless translation of tax into valuations and finance, and vice versa.

We offer advice with dedication and a personal touch. We strive to build healthy long-term relationships with our clients and a limited group of advisors in our network.

Our professionals regularly publish scholarly articles and lecture at renowned academic institutions. Huygens is accredited by the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB) and one of our partners is a registered valuator.
