Hustle & Heart Consultancy is a boutique leadership consultancy partnering with HR, DEI, and talent leaders at Fortune 500 companies to advance their high-potential women into senior leadership.

We exist because most organisations have a pipeline problem they can't quite name. Capable women are hired, developed, and then stall. The standard leadership programs don't reach them. The mentorship is sporadic. The sponsorship is missing. And the women who could be running the business in 5 years quietly leave for somewhere that sees them.

We do three things:

Programs. Our flagship 6-month Thrive Leadership Program has run multiple cohorts at EssilorLuxottica EMEA Optical Retail. One year on from our first cohort: 3 in 4 participants advanced into new roles, promotions, or expanded responsibilities. 87.5% built sponsor relationships still active today.

Strategic consulting. We advise HR and DEI leaders on women's talent retention, advancement pathways, and culture interventions that turn programs into systems.

Workshops, keynotes, and ERG partnerships. From single-session interventions for women's networks to ongoing community partnerships that strengthen internal pipelines over time.

Founded in 2021 by Shenin Lebrun, former EMEA Director at Nike.
