E.G.G. is a social and digital campaign to spread emotional awareness and well-being to the public. Inspired by ancient techniques and modern psychology the company has devised a 4-steps method to bring you in contact with your emotions, understand and manage them. This allows you to be more present and empowered in everyday health, relations, career and decision making.

How do we do it?

We distribute our method through social events and workshops. However, we have recently started the development of a phone application that provides quick and effective exercises on-the-go, especially designed for working professionals in need of stress-management.
