Subsequently, he was admitted to the Dutch bar as an employment law attorney in 2011. Since then, he advised large corporations (IKEA Group, BAM Group, Booking.com) and entrepreneurs with medium and small sized businesses on their employment (law) matters. Frequently assisting private individuals (employees and directors) ensures that Olivier maintains dual a perspective in employment law matters.
