How to Human is a communication training and coaching business built around one central belief: Communication is the doorway to consciousness.

Most communication training starts with technique. How to Human starts with the human being. The assumptions we make. The stories we tell ourselves. The behavioural patterns we repeat. The emotions we bring into conversations. The meaning we assign to other people’s words before we have stopped to question it.

Through communication programmes, coaching, workshops and training, How to Human helps individuals, leaders and teams understand what sits underneath the way they communicate, so they can respond with more clarity, intention and awareness.

The approach draws from behavioural linguistics, psychology and the wider study of human behaviour. Better communication is begins with becoming more conscious of the human being using them.
