About Houthaven Design

At Houthaven Design our passion is designing and making products and furniture with our own hands from recycled or other sustainable materials. We believe in the beauty of natural materials, and often re-use and recycle wood to make uniquely beautiful products, furniture, and large storage solutions. Houthaven grew out of our love of authentic materials and the desire to make beautiful things with our own hands. Our work is handmade locally by us, designers and craftspeople, using responsibly sourced materials. -- Het ontwerpen en maken van producten en meubels is onze passie. Wij vinden natuurlijke materialen het allermooist en kiezen vaak hergebruikte of andere duurzame materialen als basis voor onze producten, meubels en grote kasten. Houthaven is ontstaan uit liefde voor authentieke materialen en de wens om met onze eigen handen mooie dingen te maken. Ons werk is handgemaakt door ons, ontwerpers en ambachtslieden. Het is altijd gemaakt van verantwoorde materialen waardoor je er onbezorgd van kunt genieten.
