Hotel ´t Sonnehuys is an authentic family hotel by Scheveningen beach in The Hague (Den Haag). The beautiful jugendstil villa from 1897 in which the hotel is housed, is located just 200 meters (2 minutes walking) from the beach. The hotel is 100 meters from the AFAS Circustheater where all the famous musicals are performed. Our hotel has just 8 rooms, creating a personal and homely atmosphere. The rooms are authentic, but modern and comfortable. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom, some with bath tub or walk-in rain shower. The hotel is very central in Scheveningen, with the famous Pier, Kurhaus, harbour and all the beach restaurants within short walking distance. Imagine waking up in a comfortable room and being able to be on the beach within 5 minutes. Hotel ´t Sonnehuys has five double/twin rooms, two 3-person rooms and one single room. The 3-person rooms are perfect for small families.

Since 2022, Hotel ´t Sonnehuys is being run by maried couple Stefanie and Stefan. They took over from Stefanie´s father, who run the hotel for almost 50 years. Before that, the building has always served as a hotel under many different names.
