De palliatieve zorg wordt in het Hospice Dalfsen ingevuld door het bieden van een (t)huis voor mensen in de palliatieve fase als dat in de eigen leefsituatie niet meer mogelijk is. Daarbij staan de wensen van de gast centraal: Zorg zoals de gast het thuis ook zou willen - “Een huis met een hart”. De aandacht en zorg gaan niet alleen naar de gast, maar ook naar naasten. We staan niet alleen in onze zorg voor de gast maar doen dat samen met de naasten, met andere vrijwilligers en professionele zorgverleners.
