Hortis Legal (formerly known as: Hortis Holland B.V.) is a legal consultancy in the area of intellectual property law. Originally (in the mid-nineties) started as the first plant breeders' rights agency in the Netherlands, it has meanwhile expanded into an international full service consultancy specialised in trademarks, patents, I-depots, general legal advice, plant breeders' rights and licence services.

Thanks to our extensive international network of clients and trademark attorneys and the launch of international online services, Hortis continues to optimise its network, knowledge and skill.
