I’ve been exactly where you are. Debilitated and held back by social anxiety. Unable to ask questions, make friends, and hold regular conversations. I couldn’t get promoted or interviewed for jobs I wanted. And above all else, to like who I was. I tried to fit into the box and will myself to be confident. I spent more than a decade struggling, wishing I could do life just as easily as everyone else around me seemed to.

All I wanted was not to be paralyzed in social situations. I wanted to show up confidently without my social anxiety tagging along.
