My general management career started as a naval officer with the Dutch RN and ended as operational director of a business to business machine parts factory. Following this career I made a rather big change towards training and coaching in the field of emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of human behavior. Since half a decade I have developed a whole new line of activities that are more in line with my own talents: organizing and accounting. This I do for third parties mostly on an interim base.
