Hilco Asset Finance is active in the (distressed) loan portfolio market in Western Europe. We provide sale & lease back and/or bridge loan solutions for our clients. With our in-depth knowledge of different asset classes, we focus primarily on asset values and secondary on the cash flow of a company. Our main expertise is in the value of machinery & equipment, consequently this is always part of our loan or sale & lease back proposition.

We work with businesses, who have their own challenges: restructuring, retirement and consequent sale, distressed situations, change of management to name a few. Hilco Asset Finance launched in 2018 after identifying a critical gap in the region’s asset finance market. Historically, we partner with Hilco Global and Hilco Industrial Acquisitions to combine our local expertise with specialised and global reach.
