Mijn naam is Rafael Maza Diaz, gespecialiseerd sportdiëtist en eigenaar bij High Performance Nutrition.

Mijn passie voor sportvoeding is ontstaan op jonge leeftijd, toen ik merkte wat voor invloed voeding had op mijn eigen trainingen als fanatieke krachtsporter. Sinds 2018 ben ik werkzaam als diëtist en sinds 2019 gespecialiseerd als sportdiëtist.
