Mostly involved in big and complex IT projects and migrations (from the creation of application intake documents, the build and installation of servers to the rollout of business applications in the production environment), automation and scripting (regarding Active Directory migrations, License management, SMA / SCORCH runbooks, Azure Configurations, Infrastructure as a Code, 'Automating the Automation'​, etc) and the communication between the technical environment / teams and the customer.
