About Het Max Plazier Huis
Als zelfstandige stichting in Schagerbrug is het o nze missie om waardevolle momenten toe te voegen aan het leven van mensen met dementie. Dit doen wij door kleinschalige zorg te bieden in zes woongroepen. In ieder van deze woongroepen wonen 8 mensen met dementie. We houden ons hierbij vast aan onze kernwaarden: samen, eigen regie, geborgenheid en vertrouwen.
