Personal Injury services according to Dutch Law, including medical advice using an unique medical file named Medfile, loss adjusting and claim services for Insurance Company's using the havard negotiation method. We are one of the founders of mediation in personal injury cases in the Netherlands and legal auditing in personal injury cases. This contributes to a constant improving of the preformance and quality in claimshandling. Like our logo we will put the claimant always in the centre and will organise ander service what's needed arround him / her.' We are working on permanent improvement of the proces of claimshandling in personal injury cases to manage expectations, reduce costs and time of claims handling. Of course we give remote insight in and access to our claimfiles 7 x 24 at low costs.
