Hestocon Certification Services B.V. is a Technical Service (TS) designated by the RDW, Type Approval Authority of The Netherlands. We provide homologation and testing services for all vehicle categories and automotive components.

In addition to our Breda based headquarters, HCS also has several subsidiaries in Asia which can provide a one stop service for manufacturers in that region seeking e4 / E4 approval.

With our offices in India and China, we also provide homologation services for CMVR type approvals and CCC type approvals.
