Hesther Selbeck (1982) is a writer and Systemic therapist in private practice and personal development trainer in the Serra da Estrela in Portugal. She is developer and leader of the Contextual Horse Therapy (CHT) programs, where she and her team combine equine therapy, horseback riding and systemic therapy. She works with 'expended' young people (and their parents) and adults. In addition, she gives training courses and lectures (including TedX Haarlem & RINO Group) about CHT. She also writes articles for system and psychological journals.
