Our machinery operates with starches and flours based on potato, tapioca, corn, wheat, rice, sorghum and others. We supply High dry solid cookers, Enzymatic converters & Pilot scale for R&D.

HENAN Food Systems is specialized in jet cooking and enzymatic conversion equipment with direct steam injections for starch containing materials. Every machine we develop and construct is different from the other. The main reason is the fact that customers who work with us are often looking for a new technology to cook or swell starches, flours, grits, milled grains etc. For each process need we develop equipment fitting these specific needs. Amongst others: Syrup production, In-line starch swelling, Flour Cooking, Enzyme treatment.
