About Hella De Boo painted portraits and lessons in art

Hella De Boo started to paint in order to understand life, living creatures and the cycle of death and life. She paints and draws human beings, animals and nature showing their lifelyness, their individuality and their relation with their surroundings. Her style is a mix of impressionism and expressionism: clear colours and direct lines intermingled with transparency and heavy slobs of paint. To communicate her love for arts she teaches drawing and painting to children and grown-ups in her studio in Rotterdam (NL), and giving workshops (company-training, weddingparty, bereavement etc.).
