About Healthy Building Index

Een gezond en comfortabel gebouw is belangrijk voor de tevredenheid van de gebruikers en heeft een positief effect op hun gezondheid, productiviteit en welzijn.

Met de tool wordt objectief gemeten hoe tevreden uw medewerkers/ huurders zijn met het binnenmilieu en de voorzieningen in uw gebouw. U kunt de Healthy Building Index tool inzetten bij:

• Bestaande bouw: optimaliseren van comfort of verhelpen van klachten • Renovatie: ervaringen van gebruikers meenemen naar het nieuwe gebouw • Nieuwbouw: waardering van aanwezige voorzieningen en installaties in kaart brengen (post occupancy evaluation) • WELL Building Standard: behalen van WELL certificering. De Healthy Building Index tool is goedgekeurd als WELL v2 survey voor feature C04 en C05 part 1 (Healthy Building Index tool + WELL module)

The tool objectively measures how satisfied your employees/tenants are with the indoor environment and the facilities in your building. You can use the Healthy Building Index tool for:

• Existing buildings: to optimize comfort or to solve complaints • Renovations: learning from user experiences and implement the results into the renovated building • New constructions: to map the appreciation with existing facilities and with the functioning of the installations (post occupancy evaluation) • WELL Building Standard: to obtain a WELL certification. The Healthy Building Index tool has been approved by IWBI as a WELL v2 survey for feature C04 and C05 part 1 (Healthy Building Index tool + WELL module)
