HMST is a boutique health consulting group established in the Netherlands since 2016, working to ensure healthy lives, promote well-being, and maximize impact for all, at all ages. We examine and determine ways to sustain growth and transform societies by driving systemic change in health.

HMST provides high-level strategic guidance to governments, health and development institutions, and CSOs through large-scale evaluations, reviews, and scoping missions. Our expertise includes health sector governance, capacity building, strategic planning, health system strengthening, access to quality care, pandemic preparedness, infectious diseases, and gender/human rights/key populations.
