Product Invention Lab Handmade was founded in Amsterdam in 2011 by Jeroen van Eijk and Matthijs Braamhaar with the simple mission to do (almost) everything differently they had seen or done in their design careers up to that point.

Handmade is now a team of more than 25 experts working inside the 17th century Amsterdam canal ring, helping forward-looking companies conceptualize, design, prototype, and launch their next big things. Handmade works with speed and focus alongside clients’ teams to craft promising technologies into both magical and useful products.

Through a series of invention partnerships, Handmade has helped Fortune 500 leaders in consumer technology, retail, and software to accelerate their development process for connected product experiences.
