About HAL Portfolio Leadership Development Program

HAL is the Dutch investments subsidiary of HAL Holding N.V., an international company that is quoted on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. HAL has a diverse portfolio of internationally active companies such as Boskalis, Coolblue, Vopak, Van Wijnen etc.

To support the management teams of its portfolio companies, HAL Investments is recruiting high-potential candidates with 2-6 years’ working experience for its Portfolio Leadership Development Program.

Candidates in the Leadership Development Program will work on high impact projects in several portfolio companies. The typical project duration will be 6-18 months, after which candidates will transfer to a different portfolio company. Candidates will work at the portfolio companies’ locations and will report to the top management of these companies. During the Program’s 2-year tenure, the candidate thus has the opportunity to experience various companies and management teams.

The HAL Portfolio Leadership Development Program offers an exciting and challenging role for candidates looking to gain operational experience, to enhance their people management skills, and experience hands-on problem solving.

The Program has a good trackrecord of advancing candidates into management positions within HAL 's portfolio companies.
