About GS Timbers

We are Dutch owned, African plantation and forestry specialists, producing forest products and exporting worldwide. It is our mission to operate sustainably and with care for the environment, contributing to the industry and the world, in order to make it a better place. Combining years of experience and business integrity with flair for sustainability and growth is what made us what and where we are today. Time has shown that respect and dedication for our people, environment and products will always work, no matter the situation, this is how we approach our all-round business endeavours.

Our small and devoted team consists of forestry professionals, trade and logistics experts and communication specialists. Together we possess a symbiosis of market knowledge, experience and drive. We believe that the logging industry needs a change for good, as large amounts of the world’s natural forests are being cut down on a daily basis. Working towards sustainable timber is one of the keys to preserving Earth as we know it. Our plantations and products are 100% FSC certified and we stand firmly behind regulations that aim to reduce illegal and harmful logging practices.

We aim at establishing GS Timbers as a trusted and respected supplier of quality timber that can lead as an example of how forestry and sustainability can coexist.
