Our producers care for their groves with organic farming practices that nurture biodiversity and grove health. Our aim is to showcase the rich diversity of olive varieties, terroirs and craftsmanship; bringing oils from different regions, each with its own unique flavor profile and story while empowering small-scale producers to continue their great work. Transparency is essential to us; we openly share variety, harvest dates, producer info & stories and third-party lab results for every oil, with key details on the bottle and the full information available on our website. Finally, with our refillable system, we minimize waste while making exceptional olive oil more accessible.
