About Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building GC3B
The Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (#theGC3B) is a first-of-its-kind gathering of leaders, decision-makers, and experts to catalyze global action to elevate and mainstream cyber resilience and capacity building in the international development agenda and in national development plans and investments as key enablers of sustainable development, inclusive economic growth, and social prosperity for all.
📅 29-30 November 2023 📌 Accra, Ghana
Recognizing the key role that cyber resilience and capacity building can play in enabling and supporting the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the theme of the first edition of the GC3B in 2023 is “Cyber Resilience for Development.”
Co-organized by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), World Bank, CyberPeace Institute, and World Economic Forum, the GC3B aims to be a platform for all stakeholders across borders and sectors to work together toward effective, sustainable, and inclusive stewardship of international cooperation for cyber resilient development in the era of digital interdependence.
