About Global Challenges Group AMID

The world urgently needs organisations and professionals who can move beyond business as usual and actively shape more sustainable and inclusive pathways forward. Global Challenges, based at Radboud University (the Netherlands), supports organisations and individuals in contributing meaningfully to the Sustainable Development Goals agenda.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that sustainable development can only be achieved through collaboration across boundaries. Today’s global challenges do not fit neatly within sectors or disciplines—they require bridge-builders who can connect perspectives, interests and expertise from civil society, governments, academia and the private sector.

By consciously working across silos, Global Challenges brings theory and practice together. Our educational programmes empower passionate, ambitious professionals from diverse backgrounds to work effectively in multi-stakeholder settings, translate knowledge into action, and co-create innovative, context-sensitive solutions. In doing so, we equip them to become change agents who can navigate complexity and drive collective impact. Now and in the future.
