Welcome at Giraf Consultancy & Coaching. My name is Sylvia Kuipers, I am a personal coach for business professionals.

Often personal issues prevent us from excelling within our business career. I would love to help you overcome this.

During the coach programm we explore together what your personal beliefs and limiting thoughts are. How did they assist you in life and how are they hindering you now? As coach I will guide you in finding your own solutions to reach your goal rather than providing you with answers, as this is what makes coaching so success- and powerful.

Coaching procedure If you are interested in a coaching program with me, we will schedule an intake session to get to know each other and to establish your goal(s) for this coaching program. It is up to you to decide whether you would like to continue after the intake. If we begin coaching sessions, I will work according to a structure which provides a clear overview while allowing you to move freely and keep you in control of your needs. I will also encourage you to get going in between coaching sessions. When you have successfully achieved your goal, we will conclude the coaching program.
