About GIDSnetwerk Foundation

GIDSnetwerk intends to connect leaders to achieve a better local community. Those leaders need to have an open eye for local possibilities to improve society and to solve excisting problems with the support of professional parties. GIDSnetwerk therefore supports and facilitates: Local meeting-possibilities Can execute an umbrella-function on local level Initiates / organizes local / regional / national events Facilitates education, training, retreats, travelling and visites to best-practice projects Supports projects and informs people to get them involved in their local city- or village-projects Advises and supports in accomodations and financing Matches demands and offers for coaching of people Maintains a local digital database of socially involved fellow-citizens or -villagers You will find "good practice"​ examples on www.gidsnetwerk.nl In the Netherlands about 30 GIDSteams are already active and their number is growing vast.
