With over 20 years experience in pharmaceutical and clinical development I understand the need to provide clients with value added services. Extensive experience and good relations with many Contract Manufacturing and Research Organizations (CMO and CRO) and other service providers (e.g. RTSM, Comparator Sourcing, Labels) Specialist in Clinical Trial Supplies, Cold Chain Management and RTSM.

Training 1 or 2 days training course - introduction in Clinical Supply Chain Management. Full training to Clinical Supply Chain Manager (duration depending on starting level).

Vendor selection Guidance on the selection of your CMO and RTSM vendors.

Procedures Development of the internal Clinical Supply Chain procedures and communication structure internally and with vendors.

Interim Management Supporting specific projects and temporarily increasing your internal capacity.
